How to order

Welcome to BÜROOMAAILM online store!

The Büroomaailm online store offers you a convenient way to order all the goods needed for office work online. Registered users have the possibility to order goods without prepayment (within the credit limit). If the credit limit is exceeded, it is possible to pay in advance or via a bank link.

Buying from the BÜROOMAAILM online store

Registration is not required to make a purchase from the Büroomaailm online store. We offer unregistered customers the opportunity to pay via bank link (Swedbank, Luminor, SEB) or with a prepaid invoice.

Prices in the online store and payment for the ordered goods

Prices in Büroomaailm online store have been shown in euros since 1.01.2011. The price list in the online store corresponds to the retail prices of Büroomaailm. For registered users, prices are already displayed with the current discount (according to the loyal programme agreement). It is possible to pay for the selected goods with a prepaid invoice or via a bank link. After the money is received on our account, the goods will be delivered to the location of your choice.

For customers with credit limit:

Goods ordered from the online store must be paid according to the invoice sent by e-mail or e-invoice environment. The payment term of the invoices is indicated on the invoice and fixed in the loyalty programme agreement.

Transport of goods ordered from the online store

Orders * will be delivered free of charge if the amount of the shipment is over € 50.

For shipments costing less than € 50, a delivery fee of € 2.90 or € 6.00 * will be added, depending on the delivery method.

Orders placed before 14.00 will be delivered in Tallinn no later than the next working day **. Outside Tallinn delivered within 2 working days after submitting the order.

Within Tallinn, we offer fast delivery for fast small orders. An express order transport fee of 20 € is added. An express order is a small order of up to 5 product lines and weight of which does not exceed 30 kg. The time for submitting an express order is until 14.00 on working days and delivery within 3 hours.

* Special conditions and fee apply to the transport of large and heavy goods (furniture, boards, safes, etc.).

Large goods include boards and other goods with a length of more than 1.2 m and goods weighing more than 31 kg.

Free delivery of large goods is provided with a door-to-door service. In-house transport is subject to special conditions.

Finding and selecting goods

The easiest way is to search for the desired item using the search bar. Search results are already displayed as you type. You can select categories or products from the results found. Or press Enter to see all products that match the search results.

To find items in the categories, select "PRODUCTS" from the menu. By clicking on the product group you are interested in, a list of the corresponding product groups will appear. When you select a product group, a list of subgroups appears. Under the subgroups you will find the list of specific products, the stock and the prices corresponding to the price list approved for you. Click on the product name for more information. However, there is also a box where you can enter the quantity of the goods. By clicking on the “ADD TO CART” button next to it, the selected item will be added to the shopping cart and a corresponding message will be displayed.

When the item is in stock, the "Add to cart" button is displayed. Only products in stock can be added to the shopping cart. If the item is not in stock, the button: "Check availability" is displayed, by clicking on which it is possible to send a request for the given item.

Shopping cart

The shopping cart contains a list of items that you have selected but have not yet been placed to order. For each ordered product, the product code, product name, quantity, your price and line amount are shown. You can adjust the quantities of the items in the shopping cart. The corrected data must be confirmed by clicking on the "Update shopping cart" button.

If you do not see the "Checkout" button in your shopping cart, it is likely that the stock of a product has decreased and you need to check the products in your shopping cart. Remove products that are no longer in stock and then it is possible to proceed with placing an order.

Wish basket

Products can be added to Wishlist. Each user can create multiple wishlists in their account and give them the names they want. Wishlist can be found in your account management (Account Dashboard) - My Wishlist. Wishlist baskets are visible only to yourself.

Notes in the Wishlist are only visible to you in the Wishlist.

The products in the wishlist basket can be added to the shopping cart one by one or all at once. The product selections will remain in the wish basket when added to order. Only products that are currently in stock can be added to the shopping cart.

Order confirmation and payment

By clicking on the "Checkout" button in the shopping cart, you confirm the contents of the shopping cart to order. After confirming the order, if there is a credit limit, the order will be processed in our warehouse software and the order processing will begin.

Customers who does not have a credit limit or have exceeded the dredit amount can paid the order via a bank link or prepaid account. Order processing will begin upon receipt of the money. Your orders will be stored for 3 calendar days. If no payment is received within this time, the order will be cancelled.

Restrictions on purchase

Initially, the subscriber has no restrictions. Depending on the wishes of the customers, it is possible to set different restrictions, either for the whole company or for individual subdivisions or persons. The most common are limiting the assortment of products and adding special goods intended for a specific customer, assigning some products to goods ordered only with confirmation (confirmed by a designated person), monitoring the monthly credit limit of subdivisions. If the limit is exceeded, the goods can be ordered only after the confirmation of the respective person.

Accounts and users

Every customer has a separate main account in the E-shop and orders are submitted by authorized persons.

Each account is associated with authorized users who can place orders.

The username is an e-mail. It is possible to connect several customer accounts to one e-mail.

If the Personal Identity Number has also been entered for the authorized person, it is also possible to log in to the e-shop with an ID card or mobile ID.

All e-store accounts are synchronized with the sales program of AS Infotark / Büroomaailm.

Rights.

The status of the main user gives the user the right to add / change authorized persons, manage addresses and roles.

Roles

  • Buyer - default role. Full purchase rights.

Subscriber-approval system:

  • Subscriber- The rights are to add the goods to the shopping cart and send them for approval. You cannot plase order (confirm cart) yourself.
  • Approver - The right to buy yourself. The rights to confirm the shopping baskets submitted by the Customer.

RETURN POLICY

* Applies to individuals only. If for some reason the purchased goods are not suitable for you, you have the opportunity to return the product within 14 days and the purchase amount will be returned to you.

  • To return the product, please send a free-form withdrawal application to the e-mail address info@byroomaailm.ee. You can also return the product to the Büroomaailm store that suits you.
  • In the event of deterioration of the goods to be returned, the buyer is liable for the decrease in value due to the use of the goods (if he has used the goods in other ways than are necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics and functioning). In order to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, the buyer may handle and use the goods only as written in the instruction manual.
  • We will return the money for the returned product to the buyer's bank account immediately, but not later than within 14 days from the receipt of the buyer's withdrawal application. Infotark AS may refuse to refund the money until the buyer has returned the product which was the subject of the contract or submitted proof that he has returned the product.
  • Goods that are not eligible for return for health or hygiene reasons and are open after delivery cannot be returned. It is also not possible to return audio and video recordings or computer software with box opened (seal broken).

Processing of personal data

The processor of the personal data of the Büroomaailm retail stores and the e-store is Infotark as (registry code 10047988) located at Peterburi tee 92e, Tallinn, phone 6005 100 and e-mail info@byroomaailm.ee.

What personal data is processed

  • Personal and contact information (incl. name, personal identification code, telephone number, address, e-mail address, personal identification code, etc.);
  • delivery address of the goods;
  • Bank account number;
  • cost of goods and services and data related to payments (purchase history and installment application data);
  • customer support information.

Personal data is used to fulfill the customer's contracts, manage orders, deliver goods and fulfill legal obligations. Purchase history data (purchase date, goods, quantity, customer data) is used to compile an overview of purchased goods and services and to analyze customer preferences. The bank account number is used to return payments to the customer. Personal data, such as e-mail, telephone number, customer name, are processed to resolve issues related to the provision of goods and services (customer support).

Personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling the contract entered into with the customer.

The processing of personal data is carried out in order to fulfill a legal obligation (e.g. accounting and settlement of consumer disputes). With the customer's consent, we may collect data on customer activities in our e-shop and retail stores. According to the data, the customer can receive personal and the best offers for products and services upon request.

Personal data is used to manage purchases and purchase history and to fulfill the obligation taken on behalf of the customer. In the interests of the best service, the Büroomaailm may disclose information about individuals to third parties who provide services to the Büroomaailm. Transfer of personal data to authorized processors of the Büroomaailm (e.g. transport service provider, hire purchase provider, product maintenance service provider, data hosting). The processing of personal data takes place on the basis of agreements concluded with the Büroomaailm and authorized processors. Authorized processors are obliged to ensure appropriate safeguards for the processing of personal data. Personal data may be transferred to information technology service providers if this is necessary to ensure the functionality of the e-shop or data hosting.

Office employees have access to personal data, who can access personal data in order to resolve customer issues or technical issues related to the use of the e-store.

Büroomaailm shall implement appropriate physical, organizational and IT security measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration or unauthorized access and disclosure.

Personal data can be changed in the Büroomaailm e-shop under the user's profile or by sending a signed application to info@byroomaailm.ee

The Büroomaailm retains personal data until the termination of the loyalty agreement. Data that the Büroomaailm is obliged to retain pursuant to legislation (e.g. accounting data) shall be retained by the Büroomaailm in accordance with the requirements provided by legislation.

To delete personal data, a corresponding signed application must be brought to the Büroomaailm store, sent to the postal address Infotark AS, Peterburi tee 92e, Tallinn or by e-mail info@byroomaailm.ee. The application will be answered within 30 days at the latest.

The customer e-mail address and telephone number will be used to send direct marketing communications if the customer has given his/her consent. If personal data is processed for the purpose of direct marketing (profiling), the customer has the right to object at any time to the initial and further processing of his/her personal data, including profiling related to direct marketing. To do this, you must bring a corresponding signed application to the Büroomaailm store, send the application to the postal address Infotark AS, Peterburi tee 92e, Tallinn or by e-mail info@byroomaailm.ee. The application will be answered within 30 days at the latest.
